At Nakseong Venture Startup Center, 6 companies participated to present their business plans and visions to investors and stakeholders.
THEDONEE, provider of the world’s first blood-based portable in-body potassium measurement device, won the event.
Participants of the 1st Gwanak S-Valley Demo Day
Gwanak-gu held the ‘1st Gwanak S-Valley Demo Day’ on May 31 at Nakseong Venture Startup Center,
a successful event connecting investors and promising startups.
The finalists included:
▲ Aid Factory (smart farm system for farmers)
▲ Leaders of Green Society (environmental, social, and governance (ESG) eco-campaign solution platform)
▲ Nalaju (social media-based pet healthcare platform)
▲ THEDONEE (portable self-potassium meter)
▲ Plexis (screen help solution)
▲ Smadian (AI-based infant health and growth analysis app service)
On the event day, each company presented their business and vision to investors and industry stakeholders, and THEDONEE won with its portable blood-based in-body potassium measurement device.
An official from the job and venture department stated, “The venture investment market is currently shrinking due to the recent high interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates,” adding, “Through Gwanak S-Valley’s multidimensional support programs, we will nurture startups in our district with excellent technologies and talented personnel.”
Meanwhile, Gwanak-gu announced that the ‘2nd Gwanak S-Valley Demo Day’ will be held on the 28th at Shinrim Venture Startup Center 1 (32 Hoam-ro 22-gil).
